The retreat takes place on Zakynthos island with the majority of time spent at a private waterfront location with boat access, and the rest exploring the best the island has to offer. Accommodation ranges from camping by the sea to state of the art villas and will be arranged based on company requirements, size and availability. It is possible to add team building and personal development activities such as kayaking in the Blue Caves, a volleyball tournament, or a radical honesty seminar. Otherwise you can just let the nature, food and slow living of Greece’s “island of poets” rest, connect, and inspire your team.

A Week in Zakynthos
flows a little like this…
Day 1: Arrival and welcome dinner, where local delicacies introduce you to the flavors of Zakynthos.
Day 2: Morning yoga and breakfast on a special beach followed by strategic planning sessions. Afternoon exploration of the South Side’s sights by boat.
Day 3: Radical Honesty workshop to foster open communication and team cohesion. Food toor & wine pairing in a local vineyard.
Day 4: Relaxation day. Options include nature bathing, sound healing, Thai massage in nature, or simply enjoying the beach of your choosing. Group dinner under the stars with live Greek music.
Day 5: Eco-tour and farm-to-table lunch in the countryside. Afternoon free for personal exploration (recommendation provided based on preferences so far) or rest. Fire-circle.
Day 6: Final wrap-up session in the morning. Afternoon sailing adventure to Navagio Beach and sunset farewell dinner.
Day 7: Departure after a leisurely breakfast.
